While sear ching for his mis sing father, Kit Taylor finds an Advent D eck - a special card deck that allow s the carrier to transform int o a Kamen Rider and utilize unique weapons and powe rs - and us es it to bec ome Kamen Ri der Dragon Kni ght. He butt s head s with Len, who serve s as Kamen Rider Wing Knigh t, but the pair join forces after Kit l earns that the wic ked Genera l Xa viax ha s imprisoned his fa ther and is using him and the other humans that his monste rs abduct to ga in power and rebuild his homeworld.
