While searching for his missing f ather, Kit Taylor find s an Advent Deck - a s pecial card de ck that allows the c arrier to transform into a Kamen Rider and utilize unique weapons and powers - and uses it to be come Kamen R ider Dragon Knight . He butts head s with Len, who serves as Kamen Ride r Wing Knight, but the pair jo in forces after Kit learns that t he wicked General Xaviax has imprisoned his father and is using him and the other humans that his mons ters abduct to gai n pow er a nd rebuild h is homeworld.
