Series 7 of Doctor Who is expected to air on BBC One through out 2012 and 2013 .[1] The BBC an nounced the news of th e ne w se ries , which will contain fourteen episodes, on the offi cial Doctor Wh o site on 8 June 2011.[2] Series 7 will begin i ts r un in the Autumn of 2012 with five regular st and-alo ne episodes and a Christmas Special . It wi ll then be followed by the remaining eight episodes in 2013.
