Series 7 of Doctor Who is expected to a ir on BBC O ne throughout 2012 a nd 2013.[1] Th e BBC announce d the news of the new se ries, whic h will co ntain fourteen episode s, on the official Doctor Who site on 8 J une 20 11.[2] Ser ies 7 will begin its run in the Autumn of 2 012 with five re gular s tand-alone episodes and a Chri stmas Special .
