A young boy takes his mot her's place in a group of gemstone-based beings, and mu st learn to contro l his powers. This series is set in th e fict ional Beach City, whe re ageless a lien warrio rs, the Crystal Gems, live in an ancien t beachside temple, protecting the world from evil. As Steven tries to figure out his powers, he spen ds h is days with his hum an fa ther Greg, his friend Connie, other p eople in Be ach City , or the other Gems, w heth er to help them save th e world or just to hang out.
