Ryan is a wo manizing stockbroker whose unethical business pract ices cost him h is job and his trader 9;s license. Unable to find another job, he is forced to move in with his equally se lf-in volved (and completely oblivious) g irlfri end, Cindy, an inse nsitiv e advice columnist on the cusp of losin g her own job due to her poor a dvice a nd slow work habits. Finding t hat the truth behin d his mov ing in has nothing to do with romance, Cindy runs off wi th an other man. Ryan decides to stay in the apartme nt and earn a li ving by doing Cindy's job.
