I am awestruck by this movie. Fast zom bies tha t can use weapons, even guns, and are capable of intelligent thought. They plot a strategic offensive t o take over the city, hitting the ai rport, th en the TV stati ons and the power plant. If you love horror, gory, and viole nt mo vies and don't mind a little bad acting, then you wi ll LOV E this movie . It is exc iting and even a bit suspe nseful. It start s out fas t an d hard an d maintains a steady pa ce of mayhem and ca rnage. I can't believe more peopl e haven't seen this film. I ha ve yet to meet a hor ror movie buff that has seen this film before. It is a true gemstone of Eur opean horror and exploitatio n, definitely up to par with th e classics of the genre such as Zomb i 2, Demons, House by th e Cemetery, e tc. And it 's even readily availa ble uncut (92 m inut es) on DVD from Anchor B ay (under the title Nightmare City) and o n VHS under the title City of the Wal king Dead.
