In Dragon Returns―the story of a s olitary h ero who is needed by vill agers living far in the mounta ins, but who is rejected by them at the same ti me because of his de tachment― Grecner brought t he traditi on of lyrici zed pros e to life through a whole series of formal aesthetic techniqu es.
